Dr T's skills lie in listening attentively to each patient, staying calm, even if there are multiple problems in a short amount of time and showing great respect for each patient and their story/problems. She always explains herself and is honest in her abilities and knows when to refer to a specialist.
She seems to becoming ever more popular and booked for many weeks in advance and this speaks to her service to the community of Godstone and the fact she also has a sense of humour she can use when appropriate. .
